It’s been a fast rise for multi-award winning stand-up Heidi Regan. With over a decade of writing experience, Heidi began performing stand-up in 2015 and has been wowing industry and audiences alike with her intelligent, silly, surreal and philosophical brand of comedy ever since. Winner of the prestigious 2016 So You Think You’re Funny competition (previous winners include; Dylan Moran, Lee Mack and Peter Kay), was a regional finalist in the 2016 Funny Women Awards and most recently, took home the crown at the prestigious 2017 BBC New Comedy Awards (other winners include; Alan Carr, Nina Conti and Rhod Gilbert). Heidi has gigged at festivals in Montreal, Norway and the famous Edinburgh Fringe and regularly performs at a host of the UK’s most sought after clubs including; The Glee Clubs, Brighton Komedia and London’s famous and award winning, Angel Comedy.
As a writer Heidi has won a plethora of awards including the Australian Writers’ Guild Award for the Best Unproduced Feature Film Script and has material in various formats including film, sketch, sitcom and literature.
Currently Heidi has a number of writing and television projects in development as well as preparing for her eagerly awaited return to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival next August. Watch. This. Space.
